Reuse Baby Formula Can

Posted by Sofia
Alex has been on formula exclusively since 8 months old - that means there are a lot of formula cans around. Every time i threw one into recycle bin i thought i should reuse it for something. Here is how i decided to redress and reuse that baby formula can.

This is a big big can! Strip the outer layer, it is paper, comes off easily.

Beautiful!!! Now wash it with soapy water and dry it completely. Choose pretty scrapbook papers - you need 2 sheets, as one sheet won't completely go around, you need a strip of second paper to overlap. Measure around the tin and cut your papers, put glue all over tin, use double sided tape one the edges of paper, and stick it.

You may also decorate the lid with leftover paper. Now, if you would like to take it one step further, take mod podge and brush all over the paper to seal. Done!!

I think i will put all-purpose flour in it and keep it on my kitchen counter. It will make me smile every time:)
